Exception when espeak-data folder not present on SD Card #9

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download and install TTS for the first time
2. Don't have the "espeak-data" folder on your SD card
3. Once you start a TTS enabled application, it tries to download the
espeak-data
4. If the folder is not there, the espeak data won't install.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
TTS should create the needed folder by itself, instead of throwing an
Exception.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.5 (Donut) Android with tts_1.4_market.apk

Please provide any additional information below.

This has been resolved in a later version of TTS Extended.  Please download the 
latest version from Market for the fix.
