build: Use Bob the Builder for building #20

Will make things quite a bit easier. Here's what I have to sort out:

[x] Write build.wren file.
[x] Update readme.
[ ] Update CI configuration.
[x] Figure out how I want to set the setuid bit on the binary to work.
[x] Create temporary dependency repositories libcopyfile & libmkfs_msdos.

This doesn't need to be explicitly merged; merging #21 will close this automatically!
