aquarium: Use jail VNET's #6

This should all be handled by the aquarium frontend. For this, I'll need to finish the libiface library for aquaBSD (because doing this with native FreeBSD API's is gonna be painful :P).

Update: libiface is going to take too long, and with netlink in the mix, I'm very unsure of what it should look like; will go ahead with the good ol' ioctl's for now and move to libiface (or libifconfig) at a later date.
