Translation corrections and additions and some syntax/spelling fixes

• The whole modified project was built and checked in Eclipse to avoid introducing errors.
• Some class static properties are now translated (see function staticVar_init at the end of each class).
• Some translation domain files' msgids where changed to match the ones actually needing translation.
• Some php file terms where standardized based on how they are mentioned in Oracle online docs.
• Spelling was corrected for some words found on PHP and SQL files.

As an example of a translated class static property, extn_site_search::$search_document_list_a,

@inoerp The "Unsaved Changes" modification only requires adding an s at the end of the sentence in order to make it plural (e.g. Unsaved Change vs Unsaved Changes) in English, but when translated, the word that gets the s at the end may be different (Spanish e,g, Cambio Sin Guardar vs Cambios Sin Guardar). That's why I added both terms in js_control.php.
