Buttons on Track :

[x] Mute
[x] Solo
[ ] Left and Right

Clips capabilities :

[x] Split a clip
[ ] Fade in and fade out
[ ] Lower/increase volume at multiple specific times of clips
[ ] Lower/increase EQ frequencies at multiple specific times of clips

Tools :

[ ] Equalizer
[ ] Compressor
[ ] Limitor (to avoid any sound to cross above 0db)
[ ] Adaptive Limit (to avoid any sound on multiple tracks to cross above 0db)
[ ] Spread (be able to switch a mono sound to stereo)
[ ] General track where all the effects will be applied across the project
[ ] Reverb (multiple settings)
[x] Gain
[ ] Bottom section where you can see all the effects applied on tracks and clips (and deactivate them at ease)

Needs to be moved from the framework to the engine
