Fix Issue 54/ ValueError: Invalid protocol major version #55

In a recent change the sequence of the params was changed in "get_vda5050_mqtt_topic", but corresponding changes were missed in "get_vda5050_ros2_topic". This MR is to fix just that. Thanks!
