bug(YouTube/Settings/Spoof player parameter): i have excluded `spoof-player-parameter` patch, but it shows in settings and work like i have it applied #1448

Bug description

I have excluded spoof-player-parameter patch, but it shows in settings and work like i have it applied Screenshot_20230930_154046_YouTube Also weird thing i found that spoof-player-parameter patch info cant be found in patch information Screenshot_20230930_152221_YouTube

It's normal You can't exclude the Spoof player parameter patch in MicroG builds
