Error: Downloading Dependencies not working #37

Describe the bug When I try to download dependices I think this happens. (I think I have a crappy internet of something)

yeah, it's an internet issue with a high probability

I also have this issue sometimes, but it was solved by turning off all vpn including adguard (In my case, the cause was that a certain filter in adguard blocked the github domain)
