[BUG] 编辑标题含有符号的页面时出现错误 #150

简述此故障/Describe the bug

在Fandom上编辑时，当标题含有符号（目前我只测试了%3F? %2B+ %25% ）时，编辑会出现错误。

额外说明/Additional context

不知道有没有修的意义

zh.wikipedia：对于%3F测试正常，%25不行

zh.moegirl: 对于%3F测试正常，%25直接没法打开ipe的快速编辑

已修复，建议移除Wont fix标签。
