[BUG] 关于快速编辑链接的故障/The bug is about articleLink.js #163

简述此故障/Describe the bug

带协议的编辑链接不会生成快速编辑链接，如https://URL 或者 http://URL （可能由{{canonicalurl:page|action=edit}}生成，或是在最新版MediaWiki下的任何外链编辑链接）

如何重现此故障/To Reproduce

  1. Go to https://zh.wikipedia.org/wiki/Template:Edit.
  2. Load InPageEdit from console or user scripts.
  3. No quickEdit links generated.

本应出现的情况/Expected behavior

在各个“编辑”、“创建”外链后应该生成“快速编辑”链接。
