11 years ago I've tracked down the first part of this issue: rdflib was not installed in the inpho user's sandbox, so the data mining wasn't starting. Fixed.
Now there's a second issue though. I chagned the SEP path to pull from /usr/encyclopedia/entries instead of usr/etc/httpd/htdocs/entries/. I thought that the most recent draft would be in this working folder, but that is not the case. I am now working on a fix to pull from the latter path if the entry is published, and the former if it is in copy edit status.

However this idea was added on Feb 14, and a string search on plato yield 21 entries containing the exact phrase "instrumental rationality" (http://plato.stanford.edu/search/searcher.py?query=%22Instrumental+Rationality%22) so something appears to be failing.
