WikiLink modal #135

The LODE button reached via the WikiLink modal button on thinker/idea admin pages goes to German installation instead of our local one.

Pushed the code to the main branch. The WikiLink modal button now gets redirected to the URL of the local installl ( but local install seems to be not working correctly).
