In progress message for works #145

In Progress The works ontology is still in progress. Please check back later for more data.

should embed a link to https://inpho.cogs.indiana.edu/work.html

Do we want to do an import of the PhilPapers works to become work entities in InPhO?

I think we should discuss this. We'd want to preserve the philpapers tags somehow, and also set up a mechanism for updating/verifying.

Do we want to do an import of the PhilPapers works to become work entities in InPhO?
