Admin tasks should push to Slack
Start with "new sep entries" at https://www.inphoproject.org/entity/list_new
Push notifications to Slack inpho-admin channel using https://github.com/slackapi/python-slackclient#sending-a-message
Should be a standalone python script (similar in concept to inphosite/scripts/owl/owl.py) that checks admin queue and sends the slack notification
