Reorganize thinker information #182

It would be better (now that I see it!) to put thinker influence and student/teach information below related thinkers/terms. As it is currently, the layout tends to emphasize what we don't have, rather than what we have! - e.g. https://www.inphoproject.org/thinker/2761
