I propose that if a literal "None" is entered, that should be considered a positive assessment that the journal has no web site, and it should be shown on the list as "No known website" in the current position where it says "Blank". The "Missing" category should be for journals that have a 0 or "" value in the field, indicating that further manual search is required,
At https://inpho.cogs.indiana.edu/journal/list_stale_url there are currently 2 journals showing "Blank" URLs and one showing "Missing", but all three show "None" in the URL field, so what's the difference?
