Go back to stale_url page and it will still be on list of broken URLs (and unchanged total of 12).
Go to https://inpho.cogs.indiana.edu/journal/list_stale_url and look at the list of broken URLs (currently 12).
Pick one, e.g. https://inpho.cogs.indiana.edu/journal/4805#admin
Test URL -- opens up fine in a new tab
