Journals with found URLs not clearing #72

I just entered the new URL for the current 5th item on the stale_url list (Zeitschrift for Sozialwissenschaftliche Forschung und Praxis) but it did not clear from the list upon insertion to the database. (This is the problem I described at the meeting on Friday.)

This is an issue with links returning bad code (not our fault). Use the override button to remove the url for the list.
