SEP internal search not working #89

Currently even SEP internal search does not appear to be working. We now seem to just have two empty tabs for SEP internal search and Noesis, neither of which displays anything. We should put up a temporary note rather than just having it look like things are empty/broken.

Jaimie did a pull from the site code and updated everything. It fixed this issue.
