Fixes vault $CLUSTER-client auth/aws/role after breaking in #165

Migration Update:

Requires a metal deploy of core-1 immediately after the migration instructions of https://github.com/input-output-hk/bitte/pull/165 have been followed so vault-setup service will execute this change and client machines can continue getting aws iam creds uninterrupted.
