documentation is still missing in this repo.

however, @denisshevchenko has collected from personal communications some notes in this wiki page: https://github.com/input-output-hk/iohk-monitoring-framework/wiki/Transaction-Generator:-Usage-Guide#work-with-real-distributed-cluster

could you please review this, and provide more detailed documentation for how to setup and work with the cluster?
