docs : how to build Daedalus? -> move Daedalus build instructions to Daedalus repo

cardano-sl repo contains how-to doc, how to build daedalus - why isn't this doc in daedalus repo?

It not only makes it harder to find for one looking for how to build daedalus, but also :

confuses where to post issues regarding daedalus build problems? -> should it go to daedalus repo to ro cardano-sl repo as instructions are there?
will make it harder for you to maintain doc in sync with repo -> if, daedalus will introduce changes impacting it's build process , than how will you keep doc in sync with repo? It fundamentally out of sync.

Thank you for your advice! But recently we made a decision to move all our documentation to one place: cardanodocs.com. All documents from the docs directory will be moved to cardanodocs.com (and will go to a separate section), and after that the docs directory will be removed. We have realized that documentation should be kept separately from the code.
