split dump and API into separate systemd services

Description

Most likely going to be 3.0.4 release. If there's an RC3 this will be part of 3.0.3. Creates two separate scripts in explorerPythonAPI attribute. One that watches explorer and constantly dumps the database and another one that emulates the address summary API and provides the correct result.

Staking on Raspberry Pi Hi, Is it possible to stake your ADA on a low cost (electricity) PC like a Raspberry Pi by just leaving the Deadalus wallet open? If so, where can I find a guide?

This comment isn't relevant to this issue, but you can delegate stake to a pool even without running a wallet when Shelley comes. If you're interested in running a stake pool though, the answer would be no.
