Status update:

We know what language we are going to have and there's no turning back. We know that we (likely) won't have built-in MAST, and we know how scripts would be used in the context of CSL.

This week @augur has fixed some critical bugs in Plutus. There was no progress made on two more-or-less big questions (specifically, primitive types and the imports problem). We'll get to them after Plutus is more fleshed out (e.g. right now @augur is working on a better parser for the language).

This week I'm going to nag @augur about adding primitives, see his comments in #cardano-sl-script:

i can add primitives, i've just slacked a bit on that u.u;

ill add a bunch of primitives today, and i'll add some core functionality

regarding a standard library, we should figure out what the basic functionality is that we want to have, at least at the What level, and I can write it quickly enough
