Rehost cardanodocs.com as docs.cardanohub.org (or similar) #73

I'm filing @gufmar 's subdomain suggestion in #69 as a separate issue so it is tracked :)

Scam domains are a real problem :(

If so - all our websites should be moved into subdomains, not only cardanodocs.com.

Exactly - all the official ones :)

Yes, if cardanohub.org is the 'best' domain; however, it seems a bit lengthy and not ideal, IMHO.

While cardano.[com,org,net] and ada.[com,net,org] are already in use by established companies, the capital available to the project suggests to me that it should be possible to make attractive offers to obtain such a domain.

some months later, just to have it noted: cardano.org became the official main domain. help.cardano.org and forum.cardano.org became subdomains of it. docs, explorer and roadmap not (yet?)
