refactor(cat-voices): choose other wallet clarification

Making UI more clarify for user when selecting wallet.

Resolves #1087

Description of Changes

Replace button text "Back" with "Connect a different wallet" on the "wallet detection summary" screen. Chaning the layout of the buttons to column from row to match UX from previous screens when text in one of the buttons is longer.

Remove option "choose other wallet" on the role selection screen.
