[Bug]: catalyst-gateway docker compose failing to start services #910

Is there an existing issue for this?

[X] I have searched the existing issues

Current Behavior

My setup is Mac M1 arm, steps:

I build earthly ./catalyst-gateway/event-db+build
then earthly ./catalyst-gateway+package-cat-gateway
when I run docker compose up I get an error and cat-gateway container exits with error 127

Expected Behavior

Catalyst-gateway should be up and running.
