Support filtering pools #2183

Daedalus should support filtering and sorting pools. It should have some sane defaults for filters (hide private, saturated, and pools lacking metadata), but power users should be able to choose a different sort order (pool performance, pool registration date, total active stake, total live stake, etc...) and to relax the default filter, as well as customize the filter, such as show private pools, show saturated pools, show pools with margin > 0.01, show pools with margin < 0.1 (where user could set the numbers). It should also have the ability to search on pool id or pool ticker.

Thank you Sam, resolving this issue will be consistent with Daedalus following the design spec (Design Specification for Delegation and Incentives in Cardano, July 23rd, 2020) per sections 4.3 and 5.9. The interface that provides delegators with accurate, up to date information, will support the network's stability and security.

Who needs a UX person when you got Super-man Sam in your ranks :) Just need Sam to open Daedalus more often!
