Use niv instead of iohk-nix-src.json #104

We use a iohk-nix-src.json file, instead of the newer sources.json, which is now managed though nix. Migrate to the new format to make our repo conform to IOHK devops best practices.

Note that the use of iohk-nix-src was part of the aforementioned best-practices, but now niv is used.
