This reverts commit ae45f208a2b13e554150408a00662918261172c9 and fixes #53

Edit:

Rework the flake outputs. Leave a natively built default package, rename statically built output to foliage-static.
Add tools to the project shell.

I can confirm that the developer environment works as expected on my machines! :)

Thanks @yvan-sraka. All builds on https://ci.zw3rk.com/jobset/andreabedini-foliage/pullrequest-54 indeed pass but it is not building the static binary. I want that to be included in the CI too.
