Summary

Implement a basic implementation of the "certificate storage".

Description

"Certificate storage" should facilitates storing and retrieving certificate's info. It should have just only two API functions:

add_certificate add certificate to the storage
get_certificate get certificate from the storage by the certificate id (cert hash)
