https://input-output-hk.github.io/jormungandr/quickstart/03_rest_api.html has section "THE REST API IS STILL UNDER DEVELOPMENT" This needs to be removed or replaced with the additional API commands It is understandable if the API changes; no need to say this

Until we audit the API and commit to support it, we should not give the users impression that they can rely on the current paths and formats.
