This PR includes ugrades of the dependencies of the repository:

• tokio crate to version 1.37.0
• sqlite to version to 0.36.0
• Rust dependencies for the nodes and libraries (including patched versions for rustls and h2)
• ~Documentation website~ (CI: dependencies issues, todo: upgrade in another PR)
• Explorer website
• Nix flake

Comments

Due to a compatibility issue in mithril-explorer between eslint and eslint-config-next dependencies, eslint version has remained at the maximum version compatible (8.57.0) with eslint-config-next.
