Recover Nami Wallet #292

I have created a wallet and transferred coins but lost seed phrase . Please help me to resolve this issue Asap.

If you lost your seed phrase, there is unfortunately nothing I can do about it. Sorry to hear this. As long as you have the wallet still connected in Nami, you can trasnfer it out to another wallet, where you have the seed phrase.

Hello the seeds phrase isn't working neither I can log into the wallet . There is not option for transfer etc . I have TXID please transfer back my coins to Binance . This is possible

Binance said only the Wallet creator can resolve my issue . I have TXID and sending wallet address . I can also provide all the verifications if needed . Please help me to get back my Coins . Your wallet is save to use but does not have any clear options to reset or recover the old wallet except the seed phrase . You should have given the option for email / mobile number and I'd options for this . Please get back to me with solution . It is in your Wallet . Thanks

Nami is non-custodial. I don't hold any information about anyone nor do I have access to any wallets. You are responsible for your own funds, which sit on the seed phrase you have.

Understandable but what is the alternative to recover the wallet ? Should have thought about it when you were creating a wallet . Like other exchanges they have support if any issue they resolve straightaway . Please find me a solution otherwise like me a lot of people will suffer . I need you help please
