Account UTxO List Not displaying correctly in Nami - ADA and assets not showing #600

I have a Ledger connected to Nami and Nami does not display the correct amount of ADA in the wallet. It appears that it is only displaying one UTxO account and not the others connected to my wallet. This started occuring in the last week and has also occurred with my other normal seed phrase wallet. If I display the wallets in Eternl everything checks out 100%. I have disconnected and reconnected the Ledger with no success. Does anyone have any ideas.

The above comment was unhelpful and complete bollocks. If anyone had the same issue the fix is very simple. Send the entire contents of your wallet to your own address, this is an internal transfer. I don't think Nami has this functionality but Eternl does. The issue is then resolved. I think it was cause by staking through Eternl.

I am not sure I am understanding, but I am having a similar issue, but without Eternl. Just tied to sync my Ledger ADA to NAMI and both accounts on the ledger show up, but transaction data is missing in Nami. Balances are showing 0.00 in Nami, but not in Ledger. Like you say, I suspect not all the utxo data is showing up in Nami. How did you fix the issue? Sending to self via ledger is not working, just costing tx fees.

I found this .pdf from the dev regarding this issue: https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/868452151129681961/889667487308873738/nami_known_issues.pdf

It contains this text:

Wallet Balance not reflecting transaction history: This is one of the most reported issue on Nami Wallet. This can be caused by a failed request to Blockfrost API, internet connexion interruption, unexpected error in Nami, etc. Our attempt to prevent that situation from happening has not been successful so far and we are currently working out a different angle. The wallet currently doesn’t have a way to know if the information it holds is correct or not, so we are actually working on an integrity check along with a self healing process. We will also provide a mobile app like “Clear Cache” option to our users as a mean to reload fresh data.
