Just tried again and got a reply, they said the ticket has been created will get a reply within 24hrs. Thank you.
They told me they can't help me because it's a platform issue, so need to contact Nami for support. But Nami is telling me to go to IOHK, so where does that leave us?
I had sent Snek from my Yoroi wallet to Nami since I had a small amount on Nami that I wanted to combine. The transfer was successful but the balance showing is only what I sent from Yoroi and the amount already on Nami seems to have vanished. Please advise how this can be resolved.
