machine.public_ipv4 is missing #11

It is traditional for each provider to fill in the public_ipv4 field, so other machines in the network can refer to resources.machinename.public_ipv4. nixops-packet doesn't do that yet :)

Can you provide a code link to a reference implementation (nixops-aws?) so it's easy to contrast what's missing from this repo?
