I remember James struggling with this issue, so I went with large size

@kozross lt might make sense to do this after (or based on the branc of) the CTL upgrade PR. The runtime stack is simpler now, no need for a postgres instance, so it might be easier to parallelise plutip tests.

@gege251 - that would help, but the fundamental issue that makes this tricky still remains. I'm happy to wait, though.
