Update file /plutus-pioneer-program/tree/patch-1/docs/pioneer/Week01.rst

  1. Add details on how to import modules via cabal.
  2. Replace function slotToPOSIXTime with slotToEndPOSIXTime which is used in Plutus Pioneer Program and update related information.
