The source of truth is not clear.
There were a lot of discussions about this before and also about supporting multiple Networks #58.
But I was convinced that for the time being only the mainnet was considered the source of truth.
Given a prism identity (in the short form), it must be on the mainnet of the Cardano blockchain to be valid.
Reading the specs it's not clear enough what network is the Source of Truth to the point that the team disagrees which is it.
