Eventually we will start prototyping Kapybara controller designs (or any other future designs), during that initial phase of design we want workflows and tools that allow to prototype and iterate rapidly over any ideas or experimental concepts that we may have.
At this stage the collaboration (exchange of source files) with external contributors is less relevant, as only a small number of core contributors would be working on it.
During this phase in which the target designs are not clearly defined yet, having a solid UI and tools that support "playing" and experimenting with the models as fast as possible is a critical feature. The workflow at this stage is more a creative process rather than an engineering task.
