Move user authentication pages into their own app

These changes are intended to make it quicker and easier to get an instance of pwa-starter up and running in conjunction with django-api-starter.

• Moved all the authentication pages into their own 'app', to keep them separate from the more example-y demonstration pages.
• Added reset password page, along with a mock api endpoint.
• Simplified the API route definitions. Now switching from the mock endpoints to a django-api-starter instance can be done in one place, rather than tracking down and changing each url() reference.
