I have several simulations of my brain running on the cluster, not sure which one generated this idea ;)

In that case, I'd put the & between Pipeline and ToolS. Seems fine to me!

that's a bit less contrived, which is good. I'd use ": an Imaging Pipeline" because it's not the only one that exists.
