Is there some test image data I could use to test if I've got the environment set up?

I was thinking maybe we could get data from the Human Connectome Project?

If it's sufficient for your pipeline, it would be a good test.

I applied to 10 connectomes in HCP; SCRIPTS worked well, the validity of these connectomes is currently investigated

I should test also with Maxime's data
