gradient nonlinearities, which are strong in HCP dMRI, must be corrected during the odf estimation. However, I could not find a tool for this in mrtrix 2. Only solution I can see right now: mrtrix 3. That requires major changes to the pipeline. Snif.

ok there is a quick fix: using deterministic tracking instead of probabilistic tracking, then one can actually use the gradient information that is missing in the odf estimation, and have very nice results
