Confidence intervals on connectivity #35

Is there an easy way to extract info on the confidence intervals of the connectivity? Even better, the PDF itself?

There are ways, however I don't know if they are implemented in mrtrix; see Jbabdi & Johansen-Berg, Brain Connectivity, 2011
