calculate right orientation and areas for subcortical structures #4

orientations and areas are currently not calculated by the pipeline for subcortical structure. This could be problematic if for instance we calculate the electric field for sEEG/EEG electrodes, which will be then null.

in the end I copyed the relevant functions from tvb to calculate the average orientations and areas for each subcortical region I think I will do the same for cortical regions, this avoid uploading tvb and configure cortex, which takes a long time. There is a scientific issue here: can we consider subcortical regions as a simple dipole since they do not have the laminar organization with pyramidal cells as in the cortex?
