10 years ago @pausz This does not work for the following reasons:
- the mesh created by iso2mesh is "inflated" and does not look like a brain anymore
- the remeshsurf function could help with the region mapping, but it is triangle based, and I even with triangles I never could make it produce a valid region mapping, I only get 2
- the artificical region mapping as I used in brainvisa work less well here
@pausz replace the AimsMeshDecimation in brainvisausing the matlab toolbox
