talkback 3.3 has problem in reading character by character #208

while I change reading mode of talkback to character mode for spelling letters  
of eg. a button or text of an edit box,
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I tried so much but, it does not pronounced the first character of the first 
word of a passage on the character mode.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
talkback 3.3 on android 4.1 

Please provide any additional information below.
I have a Samsung Galaxy S iii

This is a framework issue and has been fixed in Android 4.2.
