Migration of the toolchain to musl #17

Replace newlib with musl for better POSIX support. If possible, provide a patch for musl to generalize the syscall interface (de-linuxize it) and consider for submission in musl upstream.

Does not seem feasible due to the current build system of musl which is pretty much linux-tailored. Also, does not seem to get a big urgency right now.
